Tyrone Benjamin Chavis

Tyrone Benjamin Chavis, CPE, currently serves as Principal at Obsidian Abstract, LLC, since July 2021. In addition, Tyrone holds the position of Real Property Evaluator II for the City of Philadelphia, a role that involves employing various appraisal methods to determine fair market values for diverse property types while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. Previously, Tyrone was the Title Registration Manager, overseeing the review of complex property documents, and has also contributed as Managing Partner at T. Benjamin Properties, LLC. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Associate, Realtor Consultant, Property Manager, Management Analyst, and Budget Analyst. Tyrone holds a B.A. in Economics from Temple University and an A.A. in Business from the Community College of Philadelphia.
