Timothy J. Higgins, CPA, CGA, currently serves as the Coordinator of Accessibility for the City of Pickering, where responsibilities include providing inclusion leadership and coordinating the Accessibility Advisory Committee. With extensive experience in public service policy, Tim has held various senior advisory and leadership roles within the Ontario Public Service, notably in the OPS Diversity Office and the Ministry of Education, focusing on inclusive practices, policy development, and stakeholder collaboration. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and a CPA designation, complemented by a certificate in Business Computer Systems from Ryerson University.
