Donald Rector, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in utility management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Service Director for the City of Pickerington since October 2020, Donald has previously held positions including Deputy Director at Fairfield County Utilities and General Manager at Southwest Licking Community Water and Sewer District. Additionally, Donald contributed as Secretary on the Board of Supervisors for the Fairfield County Soil and Water Conservation District. With early career roles as a Project Manager at URS Corporation and an Environmental Engineer at the Ohio EPA, Donald's foundational experience began as an Industrial Pretreatment Tech at the City of Akron. Donald holds a degree in Civil/Construction Engineering from the University of Akron, earned between 1987 and 1992.
