Tom Garner

Thomas Garner has over 20 years of experience in the field of parks management and sports turf management. Since September 2003, Thomas has served as Parks Superintendent for the City of Pigeon Forge, where responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and development of public parks. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Assistant Sports Turf Manager at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1998 to 2003. Thomas's educational background includes studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, King University, and Walters State Community College.
