Joe Incorvia

Joe Incorvia is a seasoned urban planning professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Retired City Planner since June 2014, Joe has held the position of Principal Planner for the City of Pinellas Park since April 2011. Prior roles include Community Association Manager at Ameri-Tech Property Management Inc. and Manager of Community Planning at Hillsborough County, where Joe led an award-winning planning team and supervised significant economic studies. As Deputy Director of Planning & Urban Development in Akron, Ohio, Joe managed a large multidisciplinary team and oversaw various planning divisions. Additional roles include Acting Executive Director at the Private Industry Council and Capital Improvements Manager in a previous city position, where Joe implemented a major capital improvement program. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Urban Economics from Cleveland State University.
