James McGrath

James McGrath has a background in Natural Resource Management and Land Use Planning. With experience as a Senior Planner at Berkshire Regional Planning Commission and currently serving as Park/Open Space Program Manager for the City of Pittsfield, McGrath has established himself as a key figure in community services and parks and recreation.
