Jo Baez

Jo Baez is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Placentia since March 2022. Previously, Jo Baez held the position of Senior Human Resources Technician/Specialist at the City of Chino Hills from June 2016 to February 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Clerk and Senior Community Services Specialist at the City of Fontana from May 2007 to June 2016. In addition, Jo Baez has experience as a Central Services Specialist with the City of Carson, California. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (completed December 2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne, as well as two Associate's degrees from Chaffey College. Jo Baez is currently pursuing another Master of Public Administration at the University of La Verne and holds an HR Professional Certification (IMPA-CP) from PSHRA.
