Justin Lakamper

Justin Lakamper is currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Plainwell. Prior to this role, Justin held positions such as Village Manager for the Village of Edmore, Program Manager at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and Service Technician and Installation Manager in the Heating and Cooling Industry. Justin also has experience as an Industrial Electrician at Siemens Healthineers and as an Online Community Manager at webme GmbH. Justin holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and German from Kalamazoo College.
