In these positions, John managed mobile device infrastructure, supported over 200 mobile devices with robust security measures, acted as a Subject Matter Expert on various applications, and facilitated training for new users. John earned an A.S. in Networking Technology from Broward College and an A.A. in Architecture from the University of Florida.
