Abbie Browen

Abbie Browen is an accomplished engineering professional with a robust background in public works and environmental services. Since August 2022, Abbie has served as the Public Works Operations Manager for the City of Plymouth. Prior to this role, Abbie spent eight years at AE2S, progressing through positions from Engineer in Training to Operations Manager, while focusing on various drinking water and wastewater projects across the Midwest. Abbie's early career included roles as a Civil Engineering Intern at CPS, Ltd., and as a Laboratory Technician at Terracon. Abbie holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Water Resources from The University of North Dakota, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
