Sommer Green possesses extensive experience in transportation and safety management, currently serving as a Transit Dispatcher for the City of Port Arthur since March 2007. Prior to this role, Sommer Green was employed as a School Bus Driver with PAISD from June 2000 to March 2007. Sommer Green holds a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, earned between 2014 and 2021, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
