Dorna Hatami

Dorna Hatami is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Technologist with the City of Port Moody since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dorna gained valuable experience at GHD as a Transportation E.I.T. and Graduate Engineer - Transportation from November 2023 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes a Transportation Engineering Co-Op Student position at the City of Kelowna, an Engineering Student role at the City of West Kelowna, and a Junior Site Engineer position at Al-Terra Engineering Ltd. Notably, Dorna also worked in customer service at The Bread Co. and served as an NPU Camp Facilitator at The University of British Columbia. Dorna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned in May 2023.
