Lucy Zeng

Lucy Zeng is a Budget Analyst at the City of Port Moody. Lucy has previous experience as a Payroll Accounting Clerk III and Accounting Clerk II at the City of Vancouver, and as an Accounting Clerk at the City of North Vancouver.
