Andrew Friedman

Andrew Friedman currently serves as the Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis for the City of Port St. Lucie, overseeing the Crime & Intelligence Section's daily operations and ensuring the delivery of quality analytical products. Previously, Andrew worked as a Senior Crime & Investigative Analyst for Albemarle County, leading agency data projects and providing crucial analytical support within the Criminal Investigations Division. Andrew has also held roles as a Crime Analyst and served as a Graduate Teaching Fellow and Assistant at Radford University, where notable responsibilities included instructing undergraduate courses. Andrew's academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, along with a Post-Bachelorette Certification in Crime Analysis from Radford University. Andrew's early career included internships and customer service roles, laying a solid foundation for expertise in criminal justice and analysis.
