Maritza Diaz-Ott, M.S., currently serves as Project Manager of Engagement and Marketing for the City of Port St. Lucie since October 2021, also holding the role of Communications Liaison. Prior to this, Maritza founded Maritza Diaz & Consultants, providing expertise in marketing communications from January 2018 to October 2021. Additionally, Maritza has experience as a Foreign Language Instructor for VIPKid, teaching over 1,000 students, and as a Marketing Communications Consultant for DeJoseph Productions on the "A Towering Task: A Peace Corps Documentary." Previous roles include Communications and Marketing Director at Miami Music Project and contributing writer for We All Grow Latina Network, as well as serving as a National Entertainment Publicist at Allied Integrated Marketing and participating in Governance with the Screen Actors Guild. Maritza holds a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communication from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Journalism from the same institution, along with continuing education in Journalism from UCLA.
