Patrick Ryan is an experienced data systems analyst specializing in utility GIS, currently serving at the City of Port St. Lucie since January 2020. Previously, Patrick worked as a GIS Technician/Designer at HBK Engineering, LLC from February 2015 to December 2019, and as a GIS Intern with the Forest Preserve District of Will County. Early career experience includes roles as a GIS Aide at The Morton Arboretum, maintenance assistant at St. Mary of Gostyn, and various positions in the hospitality sector, including delivery driver at JR'S Place Restaurant. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Graduate Certificate in GIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
