Aaron Lawler

Aaron Lawler, PE, currently serves as an Engineering Supervisor at the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services since September 2024, following a notable tenure as Engineer III and Pump Station Improvements Program Manager. Lawler has extensive experience in civil engineering with a focus on wastewater treatment and stormwater management, having previously held the position of Senior Engineering Associate at the Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant. Lawler's career includes significant roles at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, where expertise encompassed a wide range of civil engineering projects, as well as early positions at the City of Springfield and Buckle Associates Inc. Aaron Lawler holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, earned in 2010.
