Andrew Culberson currently serves as the Supervisor for the Safe Blocks Program and was previously the Programs Manager at the Office of Violence Prevention with the City of Portland, where responsibilities included managing contracts with community organizations and facilitating effective violence prevention programs. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions such as Assistant Director for the ADR Career Development Program at USC Gould School of Law, overseeing advising and training for graduate students, and Director of the Veterans Legal Services Project at the Los Angeles County Bar Association, where Andrew developed pro bono legal services to aid Veterans. Additional experience includes directing the Civic Mediation Project and serving as a Contract Mediator for the Santa Clara County Dispute Resolution & Ombuds Program. Andrew holds an MA in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University, a BS in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, and a certificate in Hispanic Studies from Universidad de Granada.
