David Lyons

David Lyons, CPA, currently serves as Accounting Supervisor in the Revenue Division at the City of Portland, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, David worked as a Tax Manager at Perkins & Co from December 2019 to April 2022 and held the position of Tax Supervisor at Novogradac & Company LLP from January 2019 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Accountant at Armanino LLP from July 2016 to December 2018 and as a Tax Accountant at Novogradac & Company LLP from January 2014 to July 2016. David holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
