Jodie W. Keene, M.S., P.W.S. possesses extensive experience in environmental conservation and stormwater management, currently serving as the Stormwater Coordinator for the City of Portland since July 2021. In addition to this role, Jodie has been the Development Review Coordinator for the City of Portland, Maine, since July 2018, and Municipal Outreach Coordinator for the Cumberland County Soil and Water Conservation District since November 2014. Jodie previously held positions as the Assistant Conservation Administrator and Stormwater Management Coordinator for the Town of Burlington from March 2010 to October 2014, as well as a Staff Biologist at Call of the Wild Consulting and Environmental Services from September 2008 to March 2010. Jodie earned a Master of Science in Conservation Biology from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College.
