Tracey Letmate

Tracey Letmate is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational development. Current position as HR Systems, Payroll, and Business Services Manager at the City of Portland began in February 2025, following a role as Senior Change Manager at Portland Public Schools from June 2023 to February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a People and Change Consultant at Propeller, where expertise contributed to effective people strategies, and as HR Manager for Learning and Organizational Development at Multnomah County Library from 2015 to 2022, where a centralized learning strategy was developed.
