Victoria Flagg

Victoria Flagg is an experienced network engineer and educator, currently serving as the Network Engineer Supervisor for the Optical Transport Team at the City of Portland since March 2021. Previously, Victoria worked at Clackamas Community College as a part-time instructor for the Limited Energy Apprenticeship Program from March 2007 to December 2021, teaching a variety of topics related to networking and telecommunications. Victoria's extensive experience includes a role as Senior Network Administrator at the Port of Portland, overseeing advanced network operations for multiple airports and marine ports, as well as positions in telecommunications and operations management at various organizations. Victoria holds a BA in Literature from Ramapo College and an LEB in Limited Energy from Clackamas Community College.
