Abby Mills

Abby Mills is an experienced professional currently serving as the Administrative Manager and Budget Coordinator for the City of Portsmouth, NH since July 2022, while also holding the position of Business Administrator at Mills Precision Machine since September 2021. Abby has an extensive background in municipal finance, having worked as the Assistant to the Finance Director at the City of Portsmouth from June 2015, where responsibilities included document coordination, grant writing, and administrative support. Previous roles include business management and marketing at Kramer Scientific LLC, general management at Merrimac Tool Company, and educational roles at Earth Ltd at Southwick's Zoo. Abby holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from UNH and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Allegheny College, along with a NH Government Accounting Certificate.
