James Davis

James Davis is an experienced Information Technology Administrator currently serving the City of Portsmouth, NH since July 2021. With a longstanding tenure at XDD since March 1999 as IT Manager, James oversees comprehensive IT management and operations, including budget planning, contractor management, network architecture, helpdesk services, in-house coding, information services, server and backup management, and virtual machine administration. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology, completed between 1988 and 1993.
