Daryl Clements M.A., NCEE, NRP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency services and training. As the Owner and Program Director of Red Line Training Group since April 2019, Daryl Clements leads educational initiatives while also serving as a Lieutenant/Paramedic for Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fire & Emergency Services. Daryl has held various positions including Chaplain for Portsmouth Police Dept and Paramedic for Portsmouth Fire, Rescue & Emergency Services, contributing to one of the busiest ambulance services in the nation. Previous roles include Special Services Deputy and Training Officer with Crisp County Sheriff's Office and Regional EMS Education Coordinator for Tidewater EMS Council. Daryl Clements holds multiple degrees from Liberty University, including a Master of Divinity in Chaplaincy and expansive educational qualifications in human services and pastoral counseling, alongside an A.A.S. in Emergency Medical Services.
