Jillian Harris, AICP, has a solid background in urban and regional planning, with experience in various planning roles in different organizations. From serving as a Principal Planner at the City of Portsmouth to being a Planning and Zoning Administrator at the Town of Merrimack, Jillian has worked on a wide array of planning programs and projects. With a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Forestry and Natural Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Jillian brings a strong educational background to their planning career.
