Andrew Arbini

Andrew Arbini has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the public works sector. Since April 2015, Andrew Arbini has served as the Projects Division Manager for Public Works and previously as the Utilities Project Manager for the City of Post Falls. Prior to this role, Andrew Arbini worked as a Building Inspector for the City of Airway Heights and as a Transportation Technician 2 for the Washington State Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included on-site inspections and construction compliance. Additional experience includes roles as an Engineer Technician for Spokane County and Project Management Coordinator at Baker Construction & Development, Inc. Andrew Arbini earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Eastern Washington University.
