Vicki Philipp is an experienced 911 dispatcher currently serving with the City of Poughkeepsie since June 2023, following an extensive tenure as an emergency dispatcher for Ulster County from February 2005 to June 2023. Vicki also held the position of assistant project manager at Public Consulting Group from November 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included contact tracing for New York State residents. Vicki earned two associate's degrees in Criminal Justice, focusing on Law Enforcement Administration and Police Science, from Dutchess Community College between September 1998 and June 2001.
