Eleazar Limas is an experienced water treatment professional with a robust background in various roles within the water treatment sector. Currently serving as a Water Treatment Operator III at the City of Poway since September 2021, Eleazar previously worked as a Water Treatment Operator at Jacobs, where responsibilities included operating a 100 mgd zero discharge emerged membrane water treatment facility. Prior experience includes contract maintenance technician roles at OMWD David C McCollom WTP and Olivenhain Municipal Water District, where Eleazar was involved in maintenance and upgrades to membrane systems equipment. Early career experience included an internship at Padre Dam MWD, which provided hands-on knowledge in wastewater, construction, and systems operations. Eleazar holds five A.S. degrees in Water Treatment Technology, Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management, and Recycling Technology/Technician from Cuyamaca College, completed between 2011 and 2014.
