John Mullin

John Mullin has extensive experience in both public service and the construction industry. Currently serving as a Councilmember for the City of Poway since June 2010, John Mullin also holds the position of Director at CALPASC. As the President of Pacific M Painting Inc. since January 2009, John Mullin oversees operations in the painting sector. Prior roles include President of American Design Coatings, Inc. from 1995 to 2009 and President of Mullin & Mechling, Inc. from 1982 to 1995, a real estate development and construction company focused on residential and commercial projects in San Diego and Riverside counties. John's career began as Vice President of Mullin & Mitchell, Inc., a paint and drywall company. John Mullin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from San Diego State University, obtained from 1968 to 1972.
