Marshall Hullin

Marshall Hullin currently serves as a Drinking Water Treatment Plant Operator III for the City of Poway, a position held since October 2020. In addition to this role, Marshall has been the Owner/Builder/Consultant at Sound Improvement since July 2001, providing various construction services to clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Wastewater Operator and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator III at the City of San Diego from August 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities involved repairing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting wastewater treatment facilities. Previously, Marshall worked as the Operator/Construction Refit/Membrane Repair Team Lead at the Olivenhain Municipal Water District, overseeing membrane replacement and plant operations support from October 2012 to August 2014.
