Robin Bettin has worked as the Director of Community Services for the City of Poway since May 2011. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant Director of Community Services for the City of Escondido from January 2001 to May 2011.

Robin Bettin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation Administration from SDSU, where they attended from 1979 to 1983. They then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Management at the University of Redlands from 1993 to 1994.
