City of Providence
Michael Welden has been with the City of Providence since June 2011, serving as the Training Coordinator for the Dept of Human Resources. Prior to this, Michael worked at OC Concept from March 2009 to May 2011, where Michael was the Director of US Operations. At OC Concept, Michael oversaw a build-out of a commercial space and was responsible for hiring staff and assuming the role of on-site manager. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College.
