Obed Papp has been with the City of Providence since November 2011, serving as a Project Manager, Regional Coalition Director, and Drug Free Community Program Director. Additionally, Obed has been the President of RIPLA since 2015. Prior to that, from November 2004 to December 2009, Obed served as an Assistant Consular at the Colombia Consulate.
