Allison Ruel P.e.

Allison Ruel, P.E. is an experienced Traffic Engineer currently employed by the City of Quincy since October 2018. Prior to this role, Allison worked at McMahon Associates, Inc. from December 2011 to September 2018, where responsibilities included conducting traffic impact studies, road safety audits, construction staging and traffic management plans, travel time studies, parking studies, and traffic signal design. Allison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, earned between 2006 and 2010.
