Joe Casserly

Joe Casserly is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and design, currently serving as a CAD/BIM Civil Engineering Technician at the City of Quincy since August 2018. With a career spanning over three decades, Joe has held various roles including BIM Manager for MEP at Feldman Land Surveyors and CAD/BIM Manager at R.W. Sullivan Engineering. Previous positions include Solution Specialist MEP at Microdesk and CAD/Revit Educational Supervisor at Porter and Chester Institute, where Joe focused on architectural and civil design technology. Joe's expertise extends to senior civil designer roles at Environmental Partners and Gale Associates, complemented by a background as CAD Manager at Architectural Engineers, Inc. and Civil CAD Designer at Maguire Group Inc. Joe began the journey in drafting and design as Drafting Manager at Connorstone Inc. Joe holds a technical degree in Drafting & Design Principles from the Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology.
