Noel T. DiBona

Noel T. DiBona has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in public service and business management. Currently serving as a City Councilor-At-Large and an Elected School Committee Member for the City of Quincy since January 2014, Noel has also held the position of Director of Administrative Services at the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds from January 2021 to February 2024. Previously, Noel spent over 26 years as Vice President and Treasurer at Russ DiBona & Son Landscaping, Inc., while also serving as a Senior Community Service Coordinator at the Norfolk County, MA Sheriff's Office from June 2016 to December 2020. Earlier in professional history, Noel worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Bay Mortgage Services, Inc. Additionally, academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UMass Boston and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Quincy College.
