Sarah Welch (Dodd)

Sarah Welch (Dodd) is a skilled Jr Traffic Engineer at the City of Quincy, a position held since September 2017. In addition to engineering, Sarah has demonstrated leadership as the Head Coach for 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade girls' basketball at Rise Above Basketball since January 2017, focusing on fundamental skills in a high-intensity environment. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at Rens Welding & Fabricating, LLC, and Structural Steel Cost Administrator at MAS Building & Bridge, Inc. Sarah has also coached at the 5th-grade level with MCW Starz Elite - AAU Girls Basketball and worked in various administrative roles at BIDMC from 2008 to 2016. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, obtained in 2011.
