Stephen W.

Stephen W. has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and technology management, currently serving as the Geographic Information System Administrator for the City of Quincy since June 2020. Previously, Stephen worked at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. from July 2013 to June 2020, holding various roles including Senior GIS/CAD Specialist and Independent Consultant for the Phase I GIS Philippines Project. Prior to that, Stephen managed technology and staff operations as Senior Manager at National Amusements from January 2008 to December 2012. Additional experience includes working as a 3D Graphic Artist at Magic Hat Software and as a Network Technician at Data Connections Inc., where responsibilities included design and installation of network infrastructure. Stephen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Norwood, completed in 2014.
