Tonya Scarvers has extensive experience in government and community outreach, serving with the City of Racine since September 1998. Prior to this role, Tonya worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator for Neighborhood Watch from August 1996 to September 1998, where responsibilities included conducting door-to-door outreach to inform citizens of local services and hosting neighborhood meetings to address community concerns. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Gateway Community & Technical College.
