Chris King currently serves as the Service Management & Integrations Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise applications. Previous experience includes serving as the Enterprise Applications Services Manager for the North Carolina Department of Information Technology, where significant contributions were made in expanding ServiceNow's implementation across state agencies. Additional roles held include interim Director of IT Service Excellence and ITSM/ITAM Service Owner within the same department, with notable accomplishments in data migration and service management for numerous clientele. Prior to that, Chris spent over 20 years at North Carolina State University, leading transformations within help desk operations and service management initiatives. Chris holds a B.A. in English from North Carolina State University.
