Courtney Licata

Courtney Licata, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the field of stormwater management and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since November 2021, Courtney previously held the position of Engineer/Project Manager at the Town of Cary from April 2017 to November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer from June 2007 to April 2017 and as an Engineer Intern at the South Florida Water Management District from September 2006 to December 2007. Courtney holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.
