Heather McDougall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation. Currently serving as the Strategy & Innovation Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, Heather leads transformative projects aimed at fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the city. As an Affiliate Professor at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, Heather teaches the Marketing for Social Impact course, focusing on the intersection of impact and profit in ethical business practices. Additionally, as the Founder and Advisor of Leadership exCHANGE, Heather designs curricula for programs that train future leaders and social innovators. Academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington and various prestigious educational experiences, including being a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.
