Mark Walvoord

Mark Walvoord is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, revenue management, and accounting operations. Currently serving as a Senior Fiscal Analyst for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since April 2019, Mark oversees parking revenue recognition, expense management, and improvement project finances. Previous roles include Financial Analyst at Greg W. Isley, CPA, PA, Revenue Analyst at UNC-TV, and Senior General Ledger Accountant at Falls of Neuse Management LLC, among others. Mark holds an MBA in Finance and a Master's degree in Accounting, in addition to dual Bachelor's degrees in International Studies and French Language & Area Studies from American University.
