Sean M. Sullivan

Sean M. Sullivan, EDFP, currently serves as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Ramsey since August 2018. With extensive experience in economic development, Sullivan has held several key positions including Economic Development Director for the City of Isanti and Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Ramsey. In addition, Sullivan has contributed to local governance as a City Council Member in Oak Grove and as a School Board Member for ISD 15 St. Francis. Sullivan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Metro State University and is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council. Experience in tax abatement and financing methods highlights Sullivan's expertise in developing industrial parks and managing local economic strategies.
