Edgar Medina Pe

Edgar Medina, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering and public works, currently serving as the Assistant Public Works Director - Capital and Principal Engineer at the City of Rancho Cordova since October 2018. Prior roles include Senior Civil Engineer at the City of West Sacramento, City Engineer and Assistant Civil Engineer at the City of Auburn, and Assistant Town Engineer-Capital Projects at the Town of Gilbert, among others. Edgar began a career in engineering as a Design Engineer at Binkley Associates and transitioned to roles with increasing responsibility, including Project Manager at EPS Group Inc. Edgar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
