Carrie Rios (SAS AVERT CCEO)

Carrie Rios is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community improvement and public safety. Currently serving as the Community Improvement Manager for the City of Rancho Cucamonga since June 2021, Carrie also holds a partnership position at Gemini Training Solutions, LLC. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at the City of Downey from October 2015 to July 2021 and serving as the Crime Intervention Program Coordinator at the San Bernardino Police Department between November 2013 and October 2015. Carrie's career began as a Code Enforcement Officer II for the City of San Bernardino from January 2008 to November 2013. Carrie is associated with SAS, AVERT, and CCEO.
