Hope Velarde

Hope Velarde is an experienced professional in public health with a focus on program development and analysis. Currently serving as a Management Analyst II at the City of Rancho Cucamonga since January 2018, Hope has previously held positions such as Program Developer at Cal State Los Angeles and Program Specialist at Keck Medicine of USC, where collaborative efforts led to the expansion of health programs and research initiatives. Earlier roles include Healthy Start Program Development Specialist at Project Concern International, where reporting and program evaluation were key responsibilities, and as a Behavioral Interventionist, mentoring children with autism. Hope holds a Master's degree in Public Health from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences from UC Irvine.
