Hope Velarde is an experienced professional in public health with a focus on program development and analysis. Currently serving as a Management Analyst II at the City of Rancho Cucamonga since January 2018, Hope has previously held positions such as Program Developer at Cal State Los Angeles and Program Specialist at Keck Medicine of USC, where collaborative efforts led to the expansion of health programs and research initiatives.
