Eduardo Lopez, PE, TE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Operations Management Engineer and Project Engineer for the City of Rapid City since January 2021, managing projects related to Water, Water Reclamation, and Solid Waste. Prior to this role, Eduardo held positions as Senior Civil Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer at the City of Orange from April 2016 to January 2021, and worked as Project Manager at Jacobs for a brief period in late 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager at JLPatterson & Associates, Inc. and Project Engineer at Hall & Foreman, Inc. Eduardo holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from California State University, Fullerton, between 1998 and 2009.
