Don Shepard

Don Shepard is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in police instruction and criminal investigation. Currently serving as a Police Instructor at Cass County Sheriff's Office and MCC - Blue River Police Academy since 2013 and 2007 respectively, Don specializes in training new recruits and current officers in physical training, constitutional law, firearms, and patrol procedures. Additionally, Don holds the position of Police Detective with the City of Raymore, Missouri, focusing on felony crime investigations since 2001. Don completed a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice / Security Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
